Prices
All prices include the VAT of 19% and if applicable in addition to shipping costs.
All prices are valid until publication of a new price-list. Any price increases after completion of contract are excluded.

Shipping costs and payment methods
On advance payments, we will reserve the ordered goods, if on stock, for 7 calendar days. Should the advance payment not be made made within those 7 calendar days, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Our shipping costs are as follows (packaging, insurance and postage):

Within Germany
Advance payment or credit card (via PayPal): EUR 6,--
Cash on delivery: EUR 11,--

Free shipping within Germany for orders with a total goods value as of EUR 40,--.

Within Europe
Shipping cost of EUR 15,-- per shipment on the prices above.

Cash on delivery and direct debit are not available outside Germany.
Free shiping for orders with a total goods value as of EUR 150,--.

Outside Europe

Delivery
If, at any time, not all required articles are in stock, part-deliveries are permissible. In principle, delivery is executed as quickly as possible, except in the case of confirmed, fixed delivery dates. In the case of clerical or mathematical, as well as mistakes in the web site or catalogue we are not obliged to accept the offer or to execute the order.

Ownership
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

Right of return
a. All articles may be returned within 30 days. In the case of return the purchase contract becomes invalid. The purchase price will be credited or refunded, except in the case that any compensation is to be paid.
b. The returned goods must be sent by parcel post (not as small package) when possible. Deadline requirements are considered to have been met by timely and prepaid posting (postmark).
c. The customer will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the goods as stated in section b.
d. In exercising his right of return the customer has to compensate in the case that the goods are damaged or destroyed, but also for deterioration of the goods due to usage. In accordance with the stipulations, this does not apply if the deterioration is due solely to testing the goods, in a manner that would have been possible in the case of a shop transaction.

Liability
All claims for damages resulting from delays. impossibility to provide service, neglect, breach of contractual and statutory secondary and protective obligations on conclusion of contract are exclused, as long as the damage has not been caused wilfully or by gross negligence, on our part or personal injury exists.
